This morning the girls started school! YIPPI SKIPPY! Sierra is playing the clarinet this year in band and she is SOO excited! Of course I didn't know she signed up for band until Tuesday at Orientation, however, we lucked out by renting the instrument there at the school :)
Lexi and Jen are still at Columbia Ridge Elementary in 4th and 2nd grade.
Erika is still in preschool this year, but today she was able to start with the addition of a cast and sling. She tripped over a box the other evening and broke her ulnar and radius right at the elbow. She meet with the ortho specialist on Friday to see if any surgery is needed. :( Poor girl. She was a real trooper though!
Two weekends ago all of my girls were able to finally meet KC's kids. So we took them to the Ephrata Raceway Park again for some family fun! Only 8 out of 10 kids joined us that evening :S
Erika likes to see better.
We took them all to Burger King before the races and Lexi and Megan REALLY hit it off! They are very much a like. Both cute little goobers!
Garrett is 7 years old and was very intent on his french fries.
Connor didn't want his picture taken, but I snuck one in anyway. He's a really sweet boy, but is having the toughest time adjusting to his mom and dad divorcing.
Overall, we had a great time! Garrett even got his shoe stuck on the plastic slides and we had to fenagle it down. Everyone at Burger King kept looking at KC and I if we were running a daycare...or just plain crazy!
We're going camping to SunLakes this weekend with all 10 kids and we are really excited for this new adventure!
